Description

  • Develop sales activities with existing and prospective VCSPs, including upselling and cross-selling to cloud service providers.
  • Build a sales pipeline through proactive outreach and convert sales conversations into qualified VCSP opportunities.
  • Work with regional sales teams and cloud systems engineers to advance opportunities to closure and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Close business in conjunction with VCSP partners in a tier-two model.
  • Meet individual revenue targets and execute business plans to maximize revenue.
  • Leverage business generated by VCSPs to expand opportunities with end users and customers.
  • Drive account strategies and coordinate team-selling efforts with internal stakeholders, including Inside Sales, Channel Partner Managers, Marketing, and Sales Engineering.
  • Enter forecasting and account/opportunity details into Veeam’s CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities within the territory.
  • Target resell and cloud providers in the Dutch market, support joint sales opportunities with the Dutch sales team, and lead hosting and cloud activities in the UK.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of field sales experience with cloud, hosting, or service providers, including MSP partner management.
  • Proven track record of closing substantial contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft, and virtualization/cloud technologies is advantageous.
  • Established relationships within top-tier cloud or hosting provider accounts, with the ability to build new partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take a proactive approach to seeking support when needed.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Applicants must be permanently located in the United Kingdom for this role.
