Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners as the main liaison between NRI and partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand exposure objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and support partner demand resources, including direct reports and third-party SDR agencies.
  • Allocate and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for partner activities.
  • Collaborate with national and field marketing teams to generate leads and execute demand generation events.
  • Create and execute end-to-end partner marketing campaigns and track results for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance requirements and milestones for partner agreements to secure rebates and incentives.
  • Track and report Marketing Sourced and Marketing Influenced Pipeline Revenue after demand generation activities and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in partner marketing management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, such as mentoring, project leadership, or cross-functional influence.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience allocating and managing marketing budgets, including Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
  • Ability to lead team members toward business results and align activities to deliver outcomes.
  • Proven success developing and executing end-to-end partner marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the requirements and milestones associated with partner agreements.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and using data for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
