Description

  • Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential ISV partners across vertical and horizontal categories.
  • Source and structure partnership agreements and define joint value propositions and long-term commercial and technical foundations.
  • Validate product-market fit with new partners through early integrations, customer proof points, and joint pipeline generation.
  • Develop and execute partner go-to-market plans that drive co-sell plays, joint account targeting, and field enablement.
  • Work with partners to expand adoption of validated integrations through sales channels, partner-led motions, and marketplace presence.
  • Track partner adoption, pipeline contribution, and co-sell performance, and refine go-to-market strategy based on results.
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of MongoDB’s ISV partner program, including tiering frameworks, onboarding processes, and success metrics.
  • Build reusable assets such as partner playbooks, joint solution briefs, and field guides.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to align on strategy and deliver outcomes.
  • Represent the ISV partner perspective internally and advocate for partner needs in roadmap and go-to-market planning.
  • Maintain awareness of the vertical SaaS and AI application landscape and represent MongoDB at industry events and partner communities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ISV program management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex partnership initiatives from sourcing through go-to-market execution.
  • Understanding of how enterprise software is bought and sold, including field co-sell motions that generate pipeline.
  • Ability to structure partnership deals, evaluate partner ROI, and prioritize partners with a strong internal business case.
  • Technical aptitude to understand how ISVs build on data platforms and what makes an integration compelling.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging ISV founders, field sellers, and internal executives.
  • Ability to write clearly and run effective meetings.
  • Relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a greenfield environment and navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience with the vertical SaaS and AI application ecosystem is preferred.
