Description

  • Design and own the multi-year referral growth strategy across all partnership verticals.
  • Establish a shared measurement framework that connects healthcare, food ecosystem, and community referral channels.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage partnership channels by market and population.
  • Lead the development and structuring of new institutional partnerships with FQHCs, CHCs, pharma organizations, hospital systems, and SDOH platforms.
  • Provide executive oversight for food vendor partnerships and marketplace strategy, including national retailers and community food organizations.
  • Oversee community engagement efforts and ensure awareness and enrollment activities translate into measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage distribution and channel partnerships with supplemental benefit and benefit management platforms.
  • Build operational infrastructure for the team, including CRM pipeline management, performance tracking, scorecards, and forecasting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical, product, and sales leaders to align partnership structures with quality, network, and member experience goals.
  • Mentor and develop the partnership team while building a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership, with at least half in healthcare, digital health, or a health-adjacent vertical.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Deep familiarity with the SDOH ecosystem, including FQHCs, CHCs, food banks, community health workers, FindHelp, and UniteUs.
  • Experience working with both institutional healthcare partners and non-traditional partners such as retailers, food companies, and community organizations.
  • Proven track record of building partnership ecosystems with measurable referral, enrollment, or revenue outcomes.
  • Experience building pipeline management systems, running performance reviews, and holding teams accountable to volume metrics.
  • Management consulting experience is a meaningful differentiator.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree, MBA, or MPH strongly preferred.
