Description

  • Reach out to inbound leads from German-speaking markets via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and basic business needs.
  • Use discovery questions to confirm pain points, fit, and level of interest.
  • Book qualified meetings for sales executives and manage calendar invites.
  • Execute directed outbound campaigns using email, calls, and sequences to target accounts and contact lists.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records, including lead status, notes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Follow approved scripts, email templates, and objection handling guidelines.
  • Meet monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and activity volumes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share feedback on lead quality, messaging, and common objections.
  • Understand and communicate regional differences in the software when speaking with prospects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, inside sales, appointment-setting, or similar role.
  • B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Advanced German proficiency at C1 level or native fluency.
  • Confident phone presence and strong email writing skills.
  • Comfort with CRMs and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain key product features and regional differences.
  • Strong attention to detail when logging activities and updating records.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a metrics-based environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment for making calls.
  • Dutch proficiency is a nice-to-have.
