Description

  • Own and execute expansion strategies across an existing portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement strategies.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage to ensure customers are realizing value and take action to remove blockers.
  • Own revenue targets and drive both immediate pipeline generation and long-term account growth.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to support onboarding, expansion, and retention.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce and ensure accurate forecasting and account visibility.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Highly coachable with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for pipeline and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and manage performance metrics.
