Description

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of facility clients while meeting sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Develop new business by building relationships with key decision makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Create and execute an annual sales plan to drive year-over-year growth and manage pricing and profit expectations.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new facility clients, expand business within existing accounts, and re-engage lapsed customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and client stakeholders to optimize calendars, project specifications, feasibility, and service delivery.
  • Use account data to analyze performance, forecast results, and achieve quarterly revenue, profit, and lead indicator targets.
  • Develop proposals and deliver strategic sales communications, including consulting clients on sample design and business issues.
  • Manage incoming facility rental-only bid requests and partner with Account Management talent on other bidding needs.
  • Work with Sales leadership and VP Facility Operations to align account strategy with company goals and improve client experience.
  • Gather client feedback and industry input to improve products, tools, and overall service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Sago’s facilities and local respondent market.
  • Deep established relationships with in-person clients.
  • Mature level of industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies.
  • Experience managing sales growth, account portfolios, and client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
