Description

  • Maintain regular weekly or bi-monthly communication with clients by email and phone to share updates, answer questions, and collect feedback.
  • Interview clients as subject matter experts and record insights to guide the writing team on search copy.
  • Own the onboarding experience for new clients during the first 30 to 60 days to build trust and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Explain SEO strategy and campaign structure to clients in a clear, confidence-building way that connects work to ROI.
  • Coordinate closely with internal SEO strategists to turn client goals and vision into tactical marketing execution.
  • Support basic SEO implementation at the start of campaigns, including Google Business Profile updates and website structural recommendations.
  • Serve as the main relationship hub between clients and the agency leadership team.
  • Navigate client feedback and campaign performance conversations with empathy and resilience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience in an agency setting, ideally in an account management or client-facing role.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of SEO, including local search mechanics, ranking signals, and content optimization strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with search analytics and reporting tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics (GA4), or Google Search Console.
  • Strong emotional resilience, empathy, and relationship management skills.
  • High curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a drive for continuous learning.
  • Experience working with or supporting local service businesses such as dentists, contractors, realtors, attorneys, or medical professionals is relevant context.
  • Ability to work core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST with at least 4 hours of daily overlap.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
  • Must reside in a LATAM country.
