Description

  • Make 80–100 high-volume outbound calls per day to nursing facilities across the US.
  • Research and source direct contact details using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Reach past gatekeepers and main lines to connect with social workers and discharge coordinators.
  • Deliver clear, concise, personalized outreach that explains the platform’s value quickly to busy professionals.
  • Qualify interest and coordinate next steps for interested social workers and facilities.
  • Follow up persistently using an organized call-back schedule to move contacts toward conversion.
  • Log all outreach activity accurately in the CRM and maintain reliable contact records.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure no facility is contacted by more than one person at the same time.
  • Support post-sign-up adoption by helping facilities get active on the platform.
  • Supplement calling with outreach via email and LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • Proven cold calling experience with the ability to sustain 80–100 outbound calls per day.
  • Strong resilience and persistence when handling rejection and gatekeepers.
  • Ability to prospect independently, source leads, and think on your feet without relying on a script.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English that are clear, warm, and adaptable.
  • Organizational discipline with accurate CRM updates, detailed notes, and follow-up management.
  • Experience in outbound outreach, B2B prospecting, lead generation, business development, or appointment setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with lead prospecting tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is advantageous.
  • Exposure to healthcare, aged care, or medical services is a genuine advantage.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, including both South African and U.S. public holidays.
