Description

  • Own outbound pipeline generation and prospecting for enterprise accounts.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for account executives.
  • Run multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, video messages, and voicemail drops.
  • Follow up on GTM campaign-sourced leads within 24 hours and conduct light discovery.
  • Qualify booked meetings against fit and intent criteria to protect AE calendars.
  • Research and enrich accounts, log intent signals, and maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Use Outreach, Apollo, Clay, and AI tools to personalize outreach and support research.
  • A/B test subject lines, call openers, and channel mix to improve outbound performance.
  • Document successful approaches and contribute to the SDR playbook.
  • Meet weekly with sales and GTM teams to improve lead-to-pipeline tracking and alignment.

Requirements

  • C1-C2 English proficiency with strong written and spoken English required for outreach.
  • 1 to 5 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven 100% outbound experience targeting enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Daily working proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience with at least one sales engagement platform such as Outreach, Salesloft, or similar.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Curious, coachable, and data-disciplined, with comfort experimenting, measuring, and iterating.
  • Based in Brazil or elsewhere in Latin America and available during Brasilia business hours.
  • Preferred: experience selling into or working in the events industry.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with Apollo and Clay for prospecting and enrichment.
  • Preferred: active use of AI tools for personalization, research, and sequencing.
  • Preferred: background in a product-led growth or SaaS company with deal sizes from $20K to $1M.
  • Preferred: experience building or contributing to an SDR playbook from scratch.

  • $30,000 to $40,000 USD annual compensation plus uncapped commission.
