Description

  • Coach and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve revenue goals.
  • Recruit and retain Partner Account Managers through hiring and ongoing coaching.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and sales forecasting.
  • Drive accountability and performance across the regional sales team.
  • Travel regionally and nationally for field rides, sales conferences, trade shows, and partnership meetings.
  • Build and guide team execution in support of monthly quota attainment and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience selling 401(k) plans with proven success.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading front-line sales professionals.
  • Experience across the retirement services, HCM, or payroll industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM for sales process management and forecasting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and competing priorities.
  • Must be located in Florida.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $105,000-$115,000.
  • Variable target compensation of $100,000.
  • Dollar-for-dollar 401(k) employer match up to 4% of compensation, immediately vested, with $0 plan fees.
