Description

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships within the PE/VC ecosystem.
  • Drive client referrals to G-P by closing, managing, and supporting partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Conceive, implement, and improve collaborative marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to grow channel referral volume.
  • Communicate clearly, set expectations, and deliver agreed outputs on time.
  • Organize and manage partnership campaigns with clear messaging around product features and benefits.
  • Train and enable partners on current and future developments in G-P’s tech-enabled solutions.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams globally.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in a partnership role.
  • Strong understanding of the PE/VC landscape.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Strong research capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Prior experience with an HR or FinTech company.
  • Fast-growing startup experience.
  • Experience building partnerships with senior business stakeholders and working cross-functionally with a direct sales organization.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and research-oriented mindset.
  • Background checks are required, including criminal record checks where applicable.

  • Annual base salary range of $144,000 - $180,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Commission structure for sales roles, or annual bonus eligibility for non-sales roles.
