Description

  • Lead a regional field sales organization, including District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives, across a defined territory.
  • Drive performance against unit sales, revenue, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Hire, onboard, coach, and continuously develop team members through performance management and support.
  • Develop and lead retail marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Own full-funnel performance from lead generation through conversion and retention in partnership with Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Build operating models, analytics capabilities, measurement frameworks, and data infrastructure to improve funnel performance and forecasting.
  • Champion multi-channel marketing programs including digital advertising, organic content, email, field and partner programs, and local campaigns.
  • Partner with Retail leadership and cross-functional teams to create unified go-to-market programs and embed marketing across the merchant lifecycle.
  • Work with the core Marketing organization to leverage shared brand, funnel, and data assets for performance marketing optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B technology sales leadership experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience directly leading managers of quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
  • Clear understanding of sales methodologies and how to apply them in dynamic environments.
  • Experience building and scaling sales in emerging markets or with new product categories.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of building a results-driven, inclusive, team-oriented culture.
  • Proficiency in sales funnel management and using data to drive operational excellence.
  • Background in the retail or point-of-sale (POS) industry is a plus.

  • Total targeted cash compensation of $246,000 to $393,000 USD.
  • Uncapped commissions.
