Description

  • Build and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives across strategic and emerging markets.
  • Inspire a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on customer outcomes.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to support long-term success.
  • Encourage ongoing learning and understanding of product details and the future roadmap.
  • Lead enterprise growth plans and maintain forecast accuracy for a predictable, high-growth business.
  • Drive team performance against overall quota and usage growth targets.
  • Support the development of the partner ecosystem to help grow enterprise territories.
  • Promote value selling and structured sales methodologies within the team.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience building a high-growth sales team serving enterprise customers in the Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS sales industry.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies.
  • Understanding of value selling and structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Experience developing partner ecosystems to help grow strategic enterprise territories.
  • Success implementing strategies for usage-based and booking-based sales revenue models.
  • Desire to build a collaborative and inspired team culture.
  • Alignment with Databricks core values, including customer obsession, teamwork, ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Candidates in the listed location are encouraged, but candidates in other East Coast locations will also be considered.
