Description

  • Use data scraping, mining, and prospecting tools to identify net-new CPA and accountant firms in unengaged territories.
  • Maintain a predictable sales funnel and set meetings that generate high-quality leads.
  • Design, execute, and refine high-volume cold outreach and nurture campaigns to accounting stakeholders.
  • Convert cold data into engaged referral accounts by improving first-contact-to-lead speed.
  • Train partners on Partner Connect, Human Interest’s product for CPAs and accountants.
  • Build, grow, and manage referral relationships with CPAs and accountants.
  • Educate partners on Human Interest’s value proposition versus legacy retirement options.
  • Drive pipeline metrics including bookings, ACV, net new partnerships, lead volume, and meetings set and attended.
  • Scale and manage a large portfolio of active partner accounts while maintaining engagement through digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales cycles, touchpoints, and milestones in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Inside Leadership, Product, and Legal on messaging and demand generation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful experience in quota-driven sales, business development, or partner management.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline-generation goals.
  • Strong ability to work independently, own territory performance, and operate as a high-accountability individual contributor.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and recovering quickly from setbacks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and address operational partnership challenges.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and video presentation skills.
  • High comfort level with Salesforce and Outreach or similar sales tools.
  • Growth mindset, coachability, and the ability to absorb training and execute professional SaaS sales motions.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or SMB channel roles, especially with CPAs or accountants, is highly desirable.
  • Coursework or participation in college-level professional sales programs is a significant bonus.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $130,000-$140,000, including a $60,000-$70,000 base salary and a $70,000 variable target compensation.
