Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 Client Partners and senior individual contributors managing brand and agency accounts.
  • Set client relationship strategies for the brands and agencies segment and drive retention, product adoption, and partnership expansion.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with top brand and agency clients to maximize long-term account value.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the client by translating market and account feedback into product and go-to-market insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align account strategy and improve the client experience.
  • Establish and continuously improve account planning, QBRs, success metrics, renewal motions, and upsell processes.
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps on forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning across the portfolio.
  • Hold the team accountable to KPIs and manage the business with a data-driven operating cadence.
  • Contribute to commercial leadership and company culture by fostering collaboration, integrity, and a growth mindset.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the media, advertising, or adtech ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience managing brand and/or agency relationships at a senior level.
  • At least 5 years of people management experience, including leading managers and senior individual contributors.
  • Experience leading a team of 10 or more people.
  • Proven track record of growing a large book of business with results in retention, revenue expansion, and strategic account development.
  • Deep familiarity with how brands and agencies plan, buy, and measure advertising.
  • Experience in a data-driven B2B environment, ideally within SaaS, adtech, media intelligence, or marketing technology.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build C-suite and VP-level client relationships.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or a relevant advanced degree is a plus.
