Description

  • Collaborate with account managers, business development, and industry marketing leads to create partner sales and marketing plans.
  • Support and align business partners’ development, marketing, and sales plans with Esri’s strategic goals.
  • Seek sales and sales development opportunities with existing partners and systems integrators.
  • Use CRM to manage opportunities and support the buying process.
  • Identify, engage, and develop new and existing key growth partners in the Esri Partner Network Program.
  • Work with select partners to craft and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Help partners define, refine, renew, and review Esri-based solutions and offerings.
  • Drive Esri Partner Network goals and procedures internally and externally.
  • Represent Esri at key events and help recruit new business partners.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales, consulting, or program management experience.
  • Experience working in utilities, telecom, or rail.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle, building partnerships, and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Domestic and international experience with business partner networks and systems integrators.
  • Strong visual storytelling and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Advanced experience creating and managing sales strategies and development plans across partners, national accounts, and industries.
  • Familiarity with Esri technology supporting partner campaigns across planning, targeting, analysis, and communications.
  • Experience in channel management and/or business partner development.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% domestically or internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • General knowledge of data science or spatial analysis for problem solving and identifying patterns and trends (preferred).
  • Awareness of marketing tactics and strategies (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
