Description

  • Consult with clients on sales operations needs and identify opportunities to improve sales processes.
  • Optimize client sales workflows using HubSpot automation, sales enablement tools, and related technologies.
  • Recommend and configure technology and strategy improvements to support sales process transformation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales enablement tools, sales tech integrations, and emerging sales technologies.
  • Ensure clients fully leverage HubSpot Sales Hub capabilities in their sales processes.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytics for stakeholders such as sales management, sales teams, and finance departments.
  • Train client teams, including large sales groups and senior leadership, on new sales processes and tools.
  • Provide best-in-class consultancy, strategy, and implementation support for sales operations and HubSpot deployment.
  • Collaborate internally with customer operations and consulting leadership to support delivery and client success.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Strategy or a related field such as BComm Honours, BBusSci in Marketing, Masters in Marketing or Business, or Business Analyst.
  • Fully certified in HubSpot Sales 1 and 2, plus three other HubSpot certifications.
  • 2+ years of experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales team structures, sales processes and methodologies, sales analytics, forecasting, sales reporting, and sales strategy.
  • Deep involvement in technologies used to enable better sales processes.
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools, methodologies, and practices.
  • Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn and work within the HubSpot technology stack.
  • Relevant sales certifications or courses are preferred.
  • Candidates without Sales Hub experience may be considered if they demonstrate analytical, process-driven thinking and a commitment to learn quickly.
  • Legal right to work in the country of application.
