Description

  • Architect and lead the global field and partner enablement organization.
  • Drive change management to roll out new sales motions, messaging standards, and methodologies across the field.
  • Build and scale the enablement infrastructure needed to support rapid field expansion and onboarding.
  • Establish a sprint-based operating model for delivering targeted messaging updates quickly.
  • Embed qualification frameworks and core sales processes into discovery templates and deal-review scripts.
  • Define and enforce proficiency gates for onboarding and ongoing readiness.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver just-in-time learning through internal AI tools.
  • Oversee regional, segment, and partner enablement delivery across global markets.
  • Support the partner enablement engine for cloud provider relationships and channel certifications.
  • Build data-driven coaching workflows to enable frontline managers to coach and enforce sales plays.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of scaling an enablement or GTM strategy function during significant organizational growth in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding large field organizations through messaging changes, product portfolio expansions, or business process shifts.
  • Extensive experience leading distributed global teams across central, regional, and partner-facing functions.
  • Deep, practical expertise scaling enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to scale knowledge delivery.
  • Strong focus on measurable business outcomes such as ramp velocity, field qualification, and play adoption.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in global field, partner, or channel enablement is preferred.
