Description

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with leaders and team members across Growth and Client Organizations to align enablement priorities.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional partners to establish shared execution plans.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, role-specific training, applied learning, and ongoing enablement programs.
  • Create and manage GTM enablement content such as playbooks, best practices documentation, and training materials.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository and learning management system with the GTM Enablement Coordinator.
  • Partner with Business Operations to identify performance gaps and develop data-driven enablement recommendations.
  • Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of enablement programs using key metrics.
  • Drive enablement initiatives from conception through completion and ensure successful delivery.
  • Enable teams on GTM tools and processes, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales and marketing technologies.
  • Incorporate AI into project management, content development, and facilitation where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Healthcare or benefits industry experience is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training focused on pre- and post-sales teams and processes.
  • 4-5 years of direct training experience and 7-10 years of commercial experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building consensus across organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform priorities and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, client lifecycle, methodologies, and related tools is preferred.
