Description

  • Migrate customers from newly acquired alarm companies into Salesforce by creating accurate accounts, service addresses, contacts, and billing records.
  • Set up integrated customers with the correct billing cycle, recurring line items, and connection to the central monitoring station.
  • Manage multi-location accounts with one billing entity and multiple service addresses.
  • Partner with leadership on post-close acquisition integrations and proactively flag issues and edge cases.
  • Pull Salesforce data each month to calculate total recurring revenue and new recurring revenue.
  • Build monthly attrition reports that account for new customers, price changes, discounts, cancellations, and transfers.
  • Maintain a trailing-six-month view of recurring revenue and attrition trends for leadership.
  • Create and maintain monthly customer subscriptions with the correct line items and billing cadence.
  • Process account updates such as billing changes, address changes, service additions, and other modifications.
  • Document standard operating procedures and support shared data projects with the I-Team.

Requirements

  • Strong Salesforce skills or demonstrated ability to learn and master a CRM quickly.
  • High comfort level with technology and spreadsheets, including assembling data from multiple sources.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a habit of double-checking work.
  • Ability to stay calm, steady, and reliable while handling ambiguous, detail-heavy work.
  • Clear written and spoken English for coordinating with the U.S. team and the I-Team.
  • Self-directed and dependable in a remote, fully distributed team.
  • Familiarity with invoices, contacts, opportunities, reports, and mass changes in Salesforce is preferred.
  • Understanding of monitoring platform concepts such as trouble signals, M2M cellular radios, and emergency dispatch verification is valuable during onboarding.
