Description

  • Own daily outbound activity targets, including call volume, follow-up cadence, connect rates, and meeting conversion benchmarks.
  • Build, optimize, and manage high-volume outbound prospecting workflows and dialing processes.
  • Develop targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM databases, and other prospecting tools.
  • Execute daily outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Create and refine messaging, call scripts, hooks, and follow-up sequences based on market feedback.
  • Track outreach performance metrics and improve conversion rates across outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales activity management.
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales-ready opportunities for the sales team.
  • Identify hiring signals, expansion opportunities, and staffing pain points across target accounts.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and management of additional SDR team members as the team scales.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR Manager, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Staffing Sales Representative, or outbound sales leader.
  • Strong experience setting up high-volume list-building and dialing processes.
  • Proven success in high-volume cold calling and outbound pipeline generation environments.
  • Experience building outbound workflows, prospecting sequences, and lead generation systems.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outbound sales strategy and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and future team leader.
  • Excellent objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outbound initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment.
  • Background in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, RPO, or HR services is preferred.
  • Experience selling staffing solutions or recruitment services is preferred.
  • Experience managing or mentoring SDR teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience analyzing outbound KPIs and optimizing SDR performance metrics is preferred.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
