Description

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Prospect new business through phone, email, social outreach, and in-person meetings as appropriate.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Provide feedback on ongoing industry trends.
  • Follow up on other duties as needed to support the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building ability and a hunter mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and develop, even if not meeting every listed requirement.
