Description

  • Qualify inbound leads and assess client needs based on their communication strategy.
  • Conduct inbound sales calls with a professional, consultative approach.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and update the CRM with detailed notes and next steps.
  • Generate persuasive sales communication via phone, web, and email.
  • Perform proactive follow-up to nurture leads through the buyer journey.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and brand ambassador for Cision’s solutions.
  • Identify and convert competitor accounts with tailored package-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align with client goals.
  • Effective multitasking and time management in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to a range of stakeholders.
