Description

  • Own the Programs pillar for one business unit, including outcomes and inspection, metric design, measurement and reporting, governance, benchmarking, enablement, content strategy, and change management.
  • Co-run executive cadences and risk oversight by delivering regular updates on program health, pipeline pacing, adoption, and emerging risks.
  • Drive prioritization and alignment with Sales Development and Sales leaders through recurring operating cadences and program reviews.
  • Build and maintain executive-facing and field-facing reporting that explains what is working and what is not across sequences, tactics, and segments.
  • Own sequence governance by standardizing, auditing, and reviewing AI and legacy Outreach sequences on a monthly basis.
  • Build community and adoption through councils, advisory boards, user engagement, and field readiness efforts.
  • Co-own the field experience and partner with AI Ops, Sales Ops, Strategy Ops, Marketing Ops, Enablement, GTM Analytics, and IT.
  • Support adoption and continuous improvement by closing the loop on user signals and raising program performance.
  • Bring fresh thinking to legacy processes and build AI-powered toolkits that scale across the team.

Requirements

  • AI fluency is non-negotiable, with daily use of AI tools as part of the workflow.
  • Experience building something from scratch in a hyper-growth or growth-stage environment is strongly preferred.
  • Background in program management, GTM strategy, sales development/prospecting programs, chief of staff work, or operational consulting is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong data-integrity instincts are required.
  • Demonstrated program ownership orientation and willingness to execute operational work, not just design strategy.
  • Strategic perspective on high-volume prospecting, scaled coverage, AI pilots, partner-led motions, and programmatic engagement.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment without a complete playbook.
  • Strong technical depth including SQL and comfort with newer data tools such as Databricks SQL, Genie, and custom agents.
  • Ability to deliver leader-ready decks, executive summaries, and quantitative business cases with strong written and verbal communication.
  • High honesty, integrity, and sound judgment in a collaborative environment.
