Description

  • Engage prospects and identify potential clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share opportunity details and support pursuit strategy.
  • Manage client expectations and overcome objections throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Educate companies on Wellhub’s mission and the value of its wellness platform.
  • Become the go-to contact for target industries across multiple sectors and geographies.
  • Network with clients at industry events and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a supportive, wellbeing-focused approach that encourages work-life balance and team care.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally in both English and Spanish.
  • Tenacious, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work as a self-starter.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong ability to collaborate.
  • Experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management is a plus.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability to absorb data and create data-informed strategies.
  • High affinity for sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing is a plus.
