Description

  • Own and grow a territory of mid-market to larger property management company accounts.
  • Lead discovery, demo, and proposal cycles with operators, asset managers, and technology buyers.
  • Manage a full-funnel sales process using HappyCo’s sales playbook and data-driven storytelling.
  • Build pipeline through proactive prospecting, field events, and channel referrals.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers and Marketing to deliver value-based selling motions.
  • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot to forecast, track, and iterate on opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of AI-first tools and workflows that modernize multifamily operations.
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders and close multi-product solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or facilities software.
  • Strong sales process with the ability to map stakeholders, align timelines, and close confidently.
  • Experience closing $200K–$600K+ deals with multi-product solutions.
  • Experience selling to technical, operational, or C-level buyers and simplifying complex solutions.
  • Ability to travel 30–50% for client meetings and industry trade shows or events.
  • Comfort with self-generating leads, hunting for new business, and working with urgency.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving market.
  • Familiarity with multifamily SaaS and building operations is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of multifamily maintenance workflows such as inspections, make-ready, and work orders is preferred.
  • Track record of selling platforms that improve operational efficiency, NOI, or resident experience is preferred.
