Description

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to design, schedule, and deliver sales training programs.
  • Create training materials and onboarding support for new sales representatives and ongoing team development.
  • Build, maintain, and improve sales dashboards and reports that track key pipeline KPIs.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting across CRM and other systems.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend or implement workflow improvements across sales and marketing.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to align sales and marketing processes and support the lead-to-customer journey.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate campaigns and cross-functional revenue initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity in HubSpot and enforce data hygiene and best practices.
  • Support the integration and management of sales tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement.
  • Experience with training, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot or another CRM platform.
  • Experience with sales reporting tools, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, high-agency mindset with adaptability in an evolving environment.
