Description

  • Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to improve performance using data-driven insights.
  • Lead sales operations, GTM planning, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Own territory planning and quota management processes.
  • Drive process optimization and automation across revenue operations workflows.
  • Build KPI dashboards, reporting, and executive-level business insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align operations.
  • Manage and mentor team members while leading projects and programs.
  • Support enterprise sales teams and global sales operations in a matrixed environment.
  • Use commercial metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and funnel conversion to guide decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in GTM Analytics, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Commissions, or Revenue Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS / B2B tech industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales and GTM leadership to improve performance through data-driven insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams.
  • Exposure to global sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and process-driven mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills, SQL and data querying experience, and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, sales engagement and automation tools, ERP/finance systems, and workflow automation platforms.
