Description

  • Build and leverage a strong network within partner organizations to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support in an assigned region.
  • Develop relationships with partner leadership and key influencers to secure executive buy-in and referrals.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to partner sales teams on G-P’s value proposition and client pain points.
  • Bridge partner-referred leads to G-P sales teams and maintain transparent pipeline tracking.
  • Facilitate reciprocal opportunities between G-P and partner organizations to support mutual growth.
  • Integrate G-P’s Employer of Record offering into partner sales motions to accelerate revenue.
  • Work across multiple stakeholders to move opportunities from relationship-building to execution through others.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment.
  • Experience identifying and building relationships across organizations and converting those relationships into execution.
  • Experience working with or selling into the HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
  • Ability to drive execution in a role where you do not own direct execution yourself and must influence through others.
  • Direct experience with GTM strategies involving HR tech or service offerings is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in partner marketing, including event planning, organization, execution, lead development, and follow-up, is preferred.
