Description

  • Lead and manage a global team of alliance professionals supporting the Accenture partnership.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive global strategy and business plan for the partnership.
  • Engage Accenture C-suite executives to strengthen executive alignment and partnership direction.
  • Drive predictable, recurring growth through mutually defined partnership plans.
  • Accelerate Databricks and partner adoption in new opportunities and use case expansion.
  • Develop a training strategy to grow practice capability and knowledge.
  • Secure investment and establish repeatable IP and solution programs that support go-to-market plans.
  • Launch joint go-to-market events and mindshare activities to drive customer adoption and new logos.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the partnership.
  • Track key metrics and coordinate across sales, customer success, training, marketing, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience securing and supporting partnerships at a global scale.
  • Proven success managing a global team.
  • Deep understanding of alliance and partner organizations, key stakeholders, strategy, culture, market offering, and joint value proposition.
  • Experience launching and driving results with an Accenture Business Group.
  • Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and analytics.
  • Global SI partner management experience across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Experience building unique channel relationships and handling complex contract negotiations.
  • Experience driving results in a hyper-growth, multi-billion-dollar enterprise organization.

  • Base salary range of $260,000 to $357,425 USD depending on location and other factors.
