Description

  • Build and leverage a partner network to generate a consistent, high-quality flow of leads.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on international expansion and global hiring support in the assigned region.
  • Develop relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and referrals.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to sales teams on G-P’s value proposition and client pain points.
  • Bridge partner-referred leads to the G-P CoSell team and maintain transparent pipeline tracking.
  • Integrate G-P products including G-P EOR, G-P Contractor, and G-P Gia into the partner sales motion.
  • Position G-P as an extension of the partner service offering to support global hiring opportunities.
  • Support reciprocal opportunities and collaboration between G-P and partner sales teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using AI tools to optimize workflows or strategy in a partner-led environment.
  • Experience working with or selling into the HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
  • Proven ability to establish trust quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Direct experience with go-to-market strategies involving AI-driven HR tech products (preferred).
  • Partner marketing experience including event planning, organization, execution, lead development, and follow-up (preferred).
  • Background checks are required, including possible criminal record checks.

  • Annual base salary of $124,800 to $156,000 plus variable compensation.
