Description

  • Build and leverage a strong partner network to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support in the assigned region.
  • Develop relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to sales teams on G-P’s value proposition and client pain points.
  • Bridge partner-referred leads to the G-P Co-Sell team and maintain transparent pipeline tracking.
  • Integrate G-P products into partner sales motions to support revenue growth.
  • Position G-P as an essential global extension of the partner service offering.
  • Plan, organize, execute, and follow up on partner marketing events and lead development activities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience using AI tools to optimize workflows or strategy in a partner-led environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with or selling into HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
  • Proven ability to establish trust quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Experience with GTM strategies involving AI-driven HR tech products (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $124,800.00 to $156,000.00.
  • Eligibility for variable compensation.
  • Sales roles are eligible for commission in addition to base salary.
  • Non-sales roles are eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
