Description

  • Source and own pipeline and revenue targets through the Microsoft Azure channel.
  • Co-sell qualified opportunities with Microsoft ISV and enterprise account teams and partner managers.
  • Run weekly forecasting cadences and maintain accurate CRM hygiene and escalation visibility.
  • Build and maintain a live map of Microsoft’s field organization, account ownership, and co-sell stakeholders.
  • Develop working relationships with Microsoft PDMs, field AEs, and ISV partner managers.
  • Serve as the primary Fireworks AI point of contact for joint business reviews, pipeline reviews, and co-sell coordination.
  • Develop sales plays tailored to ISV and enterprise buyers and position Fireworks AI’s inference platform effectively.
  • Build and deliver enablement materials for Microsoft field sellers.
  • Design intake, escalation, and co-sell workflows to prevent deals from stalling.
  • Own joint business planning, territory plans, account maps, co-sell targets, and QBR cadences with Microsoft counterparts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM, partnerships, or field sales at a technology company.
  • Experience operating effectively in fast-changing environments.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft’s field organization, including account teams, SSPs, GBBs, marketplace mechanics, co-sell programs, MACC spend, and partner incentives.
  • Ability to build systems, document motions, and create repeatable playbooks.
  • Comfort owning a number before all conditions are perfect and staying accountable for pipeline sourcing, progression, and forecasting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and translate complex platform capabilities into simple value stories for non-technical sellers.
  • Strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy discipline.
  • Working fluency in model serving, inference optimization, and AI training infrastructure.
  • Ability to hold a credible technical conversation with a solutions architect or technical evaluator.
  • Experience working within a hyperscaler partner ecosystem such as Microsoft, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience selling or partnering in AI/ML infrastructure, model serving, or MLOps.
  • Experience working with ISVs at the platform layer and understanding build-vs-buy and procurement dynamics.
  • Non-linear or varied career path, which is valued for this role.
