Description

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for premier life insurance agents on policy-level issues.
  • Respond to incoming agent inquiries promptly and communicate clear SLA expectations and resolutions.
  • Diagnose policy roadblocks and route cases to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Sales to resolve complex issues quickly.
  • Monitor the active case pipeline daily to identify stuck or delayed applications.
  • Follow up internally and externally to clear technical or operational blockers.
  • Track, analyze, and report recurring case trends, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
  • Flag platform bugs and workflow issues to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Operate across multiple software systems and internal platforms to manage and audit client data.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or client-facing operations.
  • Experience in life insurance, fintech, or brokerage operations is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage partner expectations and explain complex resolutions clearly.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify trends from daily volume and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Comfort learning, switching between, and troubleshooting multiple software platforms and tools.
  • Relentless persistence and problem-solving ability with ownership through completion.
  • Ability to stay organized, composed, and ambitious in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Remote work designation: #LI-Remote.

Benefits

  • US national base salary range of $49,000 to $87,000.
  • Eligible for bonus and equity in addition to base salary.
