Description

  • Provide implementation support to Miami-Dade County Public Schools schools and regions.
  • Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
  • Travel locally to schools and regions, with up to 60% local travel and occasional overnight travel, to support implementation.
  • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and execute a professional development plan for successful IXL implementation.
  • Use data to inform decision-making and next steps.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Support administrators, principals, and educators in effectively implementing IXL in classrooms and schools.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 7+ years of educational professional development experience.
  • Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to those audiences.
  • Experience teaching in a K-12 setting, preferably in Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
