Description

  • Develop and execute integrated campaign and program strategies aligned with EMEA business objectives.
  • Plan, deliver, and optimize digital, ABM, field, virtual event, webinar, and executive program campaigns.
  • Adapt global corporate campaigns for relevant, consistent, and high-impact execution across EMEA markets.
  • Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to align account plans, messaging, and program plays for priority accounts and segments.
  • Optimize funnel performance and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Monitor engagement and pipeline KPIs, report results, and improve programs using data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with corporate campaign, digital, ABM, marketing operations, and regional field marketing teams.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across EMEA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign/program management in the technology sector.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong knowledge of generative AI marketing use cases, such as Claude.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel occasionally across EMEA for meetings and events.
