Description

  • Lead holistic SEO, AEO, and AI-search strategies across enterprise client accounts.
  • Develop optimization strategies for AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, zero-click experiences, and conversational queries.
  • Drive entity-based optimization, knowledge graph presence, and E-E-A-T-aligned authority building.
  • Optimize content and technical implementations for generative search engines and LLM discovery platforms.
  • Develop structured data and schema strategies for rich results, AI summaries, and enhanced SERP features.
  • Conduct technical, content, competitive, local, and app SEO audits; perform keyword, topic-cluster, and entity research.
  • Create technical SEO specifications and partner with developers to implement, QA, and UAT enhancements.
  • Measure SEO and AEO ROI, including AI-search visibility, zero-click engagement, and SERP feature ownership.
  • Collaborate with paid search, analytics, UX, product, development, content, and client teams to deliver integrated search performance.
  • Manage deliverables and timelines across multiple accounts using project-management systems such as JIRA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience driving SEO performance for enterprise or large-scale brands; agency experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading traditional SEO and AEO initiatives in AI-driven search environments.
  • Deep knowledge of AI Overviews, generative search, entity-based optimization, knowledge graph strategy, E-E-A-T, and authority-building.
  • Experience with structured data and schema implementation.
  • Experience using SEO platforms including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Lumar (DeepCrawl), Yext, Lighthouse, and Google Business Profile.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, automation tools, APIs, and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and senior-stakeholder presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of information security practices, data privacy, and data-protection standards including GDPR and CCPA.
