Description

  • Generate new business through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and engage prospects to move leads through the sales cycle.
  • Own RFQs and tender processes on behalf of the client.
  • Qualify leads and manage all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Drive sales opportunities from demo to deal, working to achieve sales quotas.
  • Tailor sales messaging to customer needs across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations or presentations as required.
  • Research accounts and identify key decision-makers within distributors, wholesalers, and end-users.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, Sales Teams, and Country Managers to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Inside Sales closing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical solution sales.
  • Fluency in German (essential for engaging German-speaking clients and prospects).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong outbound/cold outreach skills, including LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Confident phone presence with excellent verbal communication, listening, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with Sales Navigator, Zoom, Webex, MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate as a contractor (must be able to work as a contractor).
  • Technical background preferred; experience selling industrial products, lubricants, chemicals, or related goods is an advantage.
  • Degree-level education preferred.
