Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls from Pros looking to cancel or reduce advertising spend.
  • Actively listen to identify the root cause of customer frustration and assess why advertising is not working.
  • Negotiate, address objections, and re-sell the platform to secure renewals or re-closures.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Support teams to resolve technical or billing issues.
  • Accurately record save reasons, outcomes, and customer lifecycle data in the CRM.
  • Use coaching and feedback to continuously improve retention and re-selling techniques.
  • Communicate platform value and digital advertising performance to non-technical users.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in high-volume sales or revenue retention with responsibility for protecting a book of business.
  • Experience navigating and maintaining data integrity in a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Comfort using cloud-based telephony systems in a high-volume, fast-paced inbound environment.
  • Ability to learn and explain digital advertising metrics and platform tools to non-technical users.
  • Strong strategic communication skills and the ability to think on your feet under pressure.
  • Ability to de-escalate frustrated customers with a calm, tactful, and professional demeanor.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding save rate and monthly retention targets.
  • High coachability and the ability to apply feedback quickly to improve the next call.

  • Base salary of $45,000 with performance-based commission.
  • On-target annual earnings of $75,000, with top 10% earning $90,000+.
