Description

  • Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families.
  • Listen to client needs and match them to appropriate care solutions.
  • Clearly communicate services, ask for commitment, and schedule follow-up consultations.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and quality standards.
  • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track activity and follow up consistently.
  • Connect with potential clients by phone, email, chat, and text to understand needs and explain how Home Instead can help.
  • Maintain quality, empathy, and accuracy across every client interaction.
  • Work a set schedule, including every fourth weekend, with evening and weekend availability.
  • Participate in virtual onboarding and initial three-week training with active on-camera attendance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience, including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with goals and incentives.
  • Strong empathetic communication skills with the ability to balance compassion and confident sales execution.
  • Experience working remotely, managing time effectively, and staying connected to a virtual team.
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus.
  • Evening and weekend availability required.
  • Attendance for the initial three-week virtual training period, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time, is mandatory.
  • Active on-camera participation during virtual training is required.

  • Hourly pay range of $19.90–$22.10.
