Description

  • Generate new business through outbound outreach including calls, emails and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Own RFQs and tender processes from submission through to award.
  • Qualify leads and manage all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Drive sales opportunities from demo to deal and achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Tailor sales messaging to customer needs across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations as required.
  • Research accounts and identify key decision-makers within distributors, wholesalers, and end-users.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and update opportunity stages.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to align on strategy and delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of inside sales/closing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical solution sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong outbound/cold outreach skills, including LinkedIn prospecting and confident phone presence.
  • Experience managing RFQs/tender processes and driving opportunities from demo to close.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom, Webex and MS Office.
  • Strong presentation, listening and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to research accounts, identify decision-makers, manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Technical background or knowledge of lubricants, industrial chemicals, or similar technical products is highly advantageous.
  • Experience selling industrial or manufacturing products and engaging with distributors/wholesalers is preferred.
  • Degree-level education preferred; fluency in German is essential for engaging German-speaking clients and prospects.
