Description

  • Support the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across email, ABM digital, and webinars tied to pipeline goals.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deployment in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, list management, and campaign quality assurance to ensure accurate targeting.
  • Help plan and manage logistics for field events, trade shows, and virtual webinars aimed at enterprise leaders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align event strategies with regional goals.
  • Execute post-event follow-up workflows, including email nurtures, lead routing, and lead handoff to sales.
  • Ensure timely lead processing, scoring, and CRM updates in systems such as Salesforce.
  • Track and report on campaign and event performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline influence.
  • Help build dashboards and conduct basic performance analysis to inform campaign and event optimization.

Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Juniors or seniors preferred.
  • Part-time availability for a 3-month internship, up to 20 hours per week.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Interest in learning Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and AI-based tools.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS demand generation, marketing automation, and field marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, partner, and business development teams.
