Description

  • Define and lead global acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and chat.
  • Own channel-level funnel targets for the Direct Acquisition sales motion and develop quarterly plans to meet growth goals.
  • Monitor end-to-end funnel performance across acquisition channels and identify leaks and conversion gaps.
  • Manage a team of two demand generation managers.
  • Own relationships with paid media agencies and external vendors, including performance targets, budget allocation, and execution quality.
  • Analyze performance data, run structured tests, and continuously improve efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Align demand generation programs with pipeline goals, priorities, and revenue objectives.
  • Drive continuous optimization of global and localized paid media campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
  • Strong experience managing global and localized PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, email, and content.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead flow, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and improving lead flow, routing, and data quality.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
  • Experience in managing or leading teams is required.
  • Experience overseeing external agencies and vendors is preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $132,000 to $165,000 plus variable compensation.
