Description

  • Own the global marketing pipeline generation strategy across digital, campaigns, field marketing, account-based marketing, and outbound channels.
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary growth marketing team spanning integrated campaigns, digital marketing, events and field marketing, website and conversion optimization, marketing operations, and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate deal velocity through targeted marketing engagement across the funnel.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing investment with revenue priorities and account strategy.
  • Own the company’s digital demand engine, including paid media, organic search, AI search, and website performance.
  • Lead the evolution of the website into a high-performing demand capture, conversion, and enterprise research platform.
  • Establish measurement frameworks that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve attribution, funnel visibility, and forecasting alignment.
  • Build integrated programs that drive engagement in target accounts and accelerate enterprise deal progression.
  • Own annual and quarterly marketing budget planning, reconciliation, and investment optimization across programs, channels, and geographies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5+ years leading growth or demand generation teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience coaching, scaling, and mentoring high-performing marketing organizations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Track record of developing accountable teams and influencing executive-level strategy.
  • Deep experience designing and executing demand generation strategies for complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to generate and accelerate pipeline across large target accounts through integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise account-based marketing strategies and how to operationalize them at scale.
  • Expertise in modern digital demand generation channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, AI search, content-led demand generation, conversion optimization, website experience, and personalization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing operations, revenue marketing systems, and modern martech stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Clay, and Tableau; experience with Quantum Metric is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, execution focus, and strong communication skills.
