Description

  • Build and maintain the pipeline infrastructure for the partnerships motion, including stage logic, attribution models, and deal tracking.
  • Own partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and co-sell attribution logic and enforce standards for revenue reporting.
  • Configure and maintain CRM architecture for channel complexity, including account mapping, overlap identification, partner records, and activity tracking.
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance to model, track, and analyze overlay compensation and quota attainment for partnership-involved deals.
  • Identify friction in partner workflows and implement tooling, automation, and process improvements to reduce manual coordination.
  • Build performance reporting on pipeline contribution, deal velocity, conversion benchmarks, and QBR metrics for the Partnerships pod.
  • Serve as the RevOps point of coordination between Partnerships, Sales, and Finance, translating business complexity into systems and data.
  • Support partner ecosystem motions such as TMC relationships, named verticals, and strategic alliances with tailored operational infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Direct experience supporting a channel or partnerships motion, not just direct sales.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with custom objects, partner community configuration, or channel-specific CRM architecture.
  • Understanding of partner attribution methodologies, including source vs. influence, co-sell vs. resell, and overlay vs. primary comp structures.
  • Experience with partner tooling such as PRM platforms, co-sell tracking tools, or account mapping tools like Crossbeam or Reveal is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline reporting for indirect and complex sales motions.
  • Ability to explain complex attribution logic and partner economics clearly to stakeholders.
  • Channel-native mindset with an understanding that partner motions differ from direct sales.
  • Strong problem-solving and fast-moving builder mentality for improving manual processes.
