Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Performance DSP partners and manage daily client relationships.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Manage endpoint optimization, QPS management, and troubleshooting for partner accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and platform improvements.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, performance goals, and spend trends to support commercial growth.
  • Develop and deliver data-driven business reviews, QBRs, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build a strong understanding of partner business objectives and advise on Unity’s solutions and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams across APAC, the US, and Tel Aviv.
  • Lead technical issue investigations and coordinate timely resolution of partner escalations.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing in-app programmatic DSP accounts and scaling revenue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic mobile and video advertising ecosystem.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and managing external relationships.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas, and in PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with ad-serving platforms, DSPs, SSPs, or exchanges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: extensive experience leading client relationships and strategy management in digital media.
  • Preferred: experience working directly with Performance DSPs and RTB platforms.
  • Preferred: ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred: proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools, including prompt writing, agentic workflow design, research, analysis, and business communication.
  • English fluency sufficient for frequent professional verbal and written communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
