Description

  • Support revenue lifecycle analysis by documenting and analyzing how leads move from first contact to closed deal and renewal.
  • Assist with identifying inefficiencies in sales and client success workflows and help propose or test process improvements.
  • Prepare deal documentation, track approvals, and support deal desk coordination for pricing and revenue operations activities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help Sales and Client Success understand pipeline activity and performance.
  • Maintain and update data in CRM and related tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data validation, cleanup projects, and documentation to improve data integrity across GTM systems.
  • Support small automation or workflow projects by documenting requirements, testing changes, and validating outputs.
  • Help ensure sales and client success data is organized and ready for Finance and Accounting handoffs.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance partners on cross-functional projects.
  • Create or update process documentation, playbooks, and internal guides while owning well-scoped projects with mentorship.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, analytics, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in operations, data, systems, and how they support sales and revenue growth.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, basic data analysis, and learning new tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
  • Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in CRM systems such as Salesforce, automation, or analytics tools is a plus but not required.
  • Must not require sponsorship for new employment authorization or other immigration-related support.
