Description

  • Serve as the primary Deal Desk liaison for the field sales team and streamline quoting processes.
  • Provide enterprise quoting support and ensure high-quality output.
  • Advise account executives early in complex deal cycles on pricing strategies, deal construction, and contracting vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Billing, Order Entry, and Order Management to resolve non-standard transactions.
  • Partner with the Deal Desk Manager on renewal strategies for historically complex accounts.
  • Verify that deals comply with corporate policies and support accurate downstream processing.
  • Facilitate Salesforce booking and fulfillment workflows to reduce turnaround times.
  • Maintain and update the Deal Approval Matrix, channel documentation, policy updates, and standardized templates.
  • Drive cross-functional process improvements and support Sales Operations with ad hoc projects, bug reporting, and procedural enhancements.
  • Serve as team lead and point of contact in the Deal Desk Manager’s absence.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to establish, document, and implement scalable deal desk best practices.

  • Annual salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 USD for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
