Description

  • Partner with Sales to structure deals in line with commercial policies and ensure they are validated for downstream processing.
  • Manage and process U.S. Channel Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy between partner documentation and internal systems.
  • Execute Channel Stocking Orders to support inventory availability for distributors and resellers.
  • Serve as a central support hub for the sales-side booking and fulfillment lifecycle in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with order entry, supply chain, and billing teams as needed.
  • Identify and report system bugs or process inefficiencies by creating and tracking Jira tickets through Sales Operations.
  • Provide support during high-volume periods, including extended availability during End of Quarter and End of Year cycles.
  • Interpret complex documentation independently to complete tasks quickly and accurately.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in tech or enterprise software sales support, sales operations, or a related enablement role.
  • Proven experience applying or implementing Deal Desk best practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Strong understanding of maintaining data integrity across integrated business systems.
  • Ability to support global operations across multiple time zones.
  • Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating schedules based on business needs.
  • Understanding of sales cycles, complex hardware and software deal structures, and global transaction or hardware fulfillment complexity.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starting, and resourceful approach to work.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Legal, Finance, Order Management, and Product is preferred.

  • Salary range of $23–$27 USD per hour for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
